What Do You Think of Sabbath School? (a survey)

We would really appreciate your taking a few minutes to complete this survey. If you have discovered the survey because you frequent the Sabbath School and Personal Ministries Website, then your answers to items 4 through 15 will be very helpful to those responsible for the site. 
 
Whether or not you frequent this site, we request that you share an analysis of your experience with Adult Sabbath School and discipleship. Your input on items 16 through 36 will not only benefit the Sabbath School and Personal Ministries department of the General Conference, but will also aid in on-going research being done by the religious education program at Andrews University. Their goal is also to contribute to the cause of more intentional discipleship among Church members throughout the world.
